[Case Study] Introducing the implementation results of acceleration loggers in logistics systems.

This time, we will introduce our track record in the implementation of logistics systems.

We will introduce the actual purposes and scenarios in which accelerometer loggers are implemented. NGIMU is equipped not only with an accelerometer but also with a gyroscope, barometer, and temperature and humidity sensors, greatly expanding the range of measurements. Leveraging this capability, it has been widely adopted in logistics systems for measuring vibrations and shocks. ■ Detection of equipment degradation and abnormalities By installing it on the sides of lines or equipment and measuring a series of work times, it serves as a basis for identifying equipment degradation. Regular monitoring leads to risk discovery. ■ Verification of robotic arm operations Devices introduced to improve work efficiency also require inspection to ensure they are not broken. By attaching the logger to the arm and measuring, it is possible to quantify the state of movement. ■ Vibration during product transportation By attaching it to the product or inside or outside the packaging, it can measure the vibrations experienced during transportation. If a significant shock occurs, peaks will appear when the data is graphed. *Please note that NGIMU is currently discontinued, and we are now handling the third generation "X-IMU3."

[Technical Document] Free Gift! "Guide to Selecting Acceleration Sensors"

The actual selection criteria for the main sensors are described.

There are many types of acceleration sensors. The optimal sensor is chosen based on the purpose of measurement. The main considerations in selection are the "balance between sensor sensitivity and mass," "whether it is a one-axis or three-axis measurement," and "the measurement environment, whether it is harsh," among others. The "Technical Documentation" provides guidelines for selecting acceleration sensors, detailing the actual selection criteria for major sensors. It includes examples of sensors with a good balance of "sensitivity, mass, and price," such as general-purpose easy-to-use sensors and side connectors, examples of "compact and lightweight sensors," and examples of "ultra-compact and ultra-lightweight sensors," such as small adhesive sensors. *The "Technical Documentation" is available for free. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

AI-based bearing abnormal vibration detection demo

Display the FFT results by inferring AI learning from the bearing acceleration data.

Data collected from the bearing's acceleration sensor is processed through AI learning inference using the Solist-AI TM simulator, which displays the degree of abnormality. The Solist-AI TM simulator is software that simulates the AI accelerator function of Solist-AI TMIC (ML63Q2557) on Windows. Demo Content: 1. Collect and input data from the acceleration sensor of a normal bearing, then perform FFT processing and AI learning using DT-EBML63Q2557. 2. Switch to the acceleration sensor of an abnormal bearing. 3. Collect and input data from the acceleration sensor of the abnormal bearing, then perform FFT processing and AI inference using DT-EBML63Q2557. 4. Display the inference results (degree of abnormality) on the LCD of DT-EBML63Q2557. 5. Display the FFT results of the vibration data for both normal and abnormal bearings on the PC showing the vibration data waveform.
